Our initial contact, Terri was extremely knowledgeable and helped advise us on the best shades for each particular room based on our requirements. In some rooms we wanted something elegant and in some rooms we wanted casual. In some rooms we wanted motorized- etc. Nik, the one responsible for measuring and supervising installation - double checked the colors with our paint colors in natural light and took perfect measurements. The installer was neat, efficient and provided very clear instructions on how to work and manage our motorized shades and skylight shade. This was a big job and it went quite smoothly.
