My experience with BlindsRUs has been outstanding. Terri the store manager was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful from the moment we walked into the store. Additionally, they were very accommodating by storing the blinds for us for a few months because after we ordered the blinds we decided to have some work done prior to having the blinds installed. Saul, the man who measured and installed the blinds was very professional, prompt and courteous. The blinds look great and I highly recommend BlindsRUs!

Terri, the consultant at the store, demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness in assisting us with selecting the appropriate window shades. She monitored the shipment from the factory and proactively scheduled the installation appointment in advance. Overall, Terri provided friendly and exemplary customer service.

I would gladly recommend Terri to anyone seeking professional and customer-focused experience.

Hilary Bieber Saul was very polite friendly and put my blinds up perfectly and so fast! He also took out my old blinds to trash for me which he didn't have to do. Terri in the store was also extra friendly and helpful. An all around great experience from beginning to end.I love the blinds too Thanks!
